In Boké, Hadja Camara grew vegetables alongside other women from her village, each on her own. Selling together was hard: no shared status and no way to negotiate with buyers.
With REFGUIDI, she organised a group of 20 women and formalised the cooperative. The network then supported her toward bank credit and lasting access to the regional market.
Today the cooperative supplies the region's markets and employs women from the village.
« The support toward bank credit changed everything. My cooperative now employs twelve women from my village. »
